Let us know before you enroll which class you'll miss (for example, "I'll miss the October session") and your enrollment price is reduced to account for it upfront — no need to request anything after the fact.
A missed group class can be rescheduled as a private 1:1 session covering the same material, for a service charge on top of what you've already paid. This requires at least 24 hours' notice — sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less notice than that are non-refundable.
